This luxurious waterfront house required construction of a sea wall and galvanized steel screw piles to enable us to negotiate the high water table.
Unique features included: sealed bare concrete walls, polished concrete floors, copper roof and copper cladding topped off with a recycled steel front fence and portico.
Built as two separate buildings to offer privacy to children and adults, the two pavilions are connected by a 2 storey glass bridge which glides over the external fish pond moat.
