This fabulous 4 bedroom, north facing residence won the Manly Council Green House of the Year award in 2007 thanks to green features considered ahead of their time, such as: grey water recycling, solar panels, a series of ventilated cavities and metal roof which required no mechanical air conditioning to cool the house down.
The western façade was a series of polished concrete walls with porthole feature and 8m high slanted curved on a plan timber screen.
